Składniki: ok. 1 kg wołowiny (możesz użyć piersi kurczaka lub mięsa wieprzowego), 1 cebula, 2 ząbki czosnku, 2 łyżeczki soli, 2 łyżeczki pieprzu, pół łyżeczki papryki słodkiej, kilka listków laurowych, łyżka oleju, szklanka czerwonego wina.

Mięso natrzyj olejem i posyp przyprawami. Przełóż je do miski, wlej wino i dodaj pokrojoną cebulką i czosnkiem. Wstaw do lodówki na 12 godz. Po tym czasie mięso obsamaż i włóż do naczynia żaroodpornego wraz z cebulką, czosnkiem i „sokami z patelni”i winem z miski w której marynowało się mięso. Naczynie przykryj i piecz przez ok 2 godziny w temp. 180 stopni. Po tym czasie mięso poszarp widelcem i jeśli nie będzie odpowiednio miękkie piecz je dalej. Jeśli będzie potrzeba wlej trochę wody, żeby mięso się nie przypaliło. Upieczone mięso widelcami rozszarpujemy kawałek po kawałku. Ja przygotowałam burgery i tortillę.
