Wlej śmietankę i smaż na małym ogniu, aż sos zacznie gęstnieć. Do sosu z cebulą dodaj makaron razem z wodą, która się z nim nabierze. Całość wymieszaj. Dopraw do smaku solą i pieprzem. Na koniec dodaj posiekaną natkę pietruszki lub tymianek. Jeśli sos będzie zbyt gęsty wlej trochę wody po ugotowaniu makaronu. A jeśli lub ostre smaki możesz dodać płatki chilli.
