Składniki: ok. 120 bobu, 2 buraki (180g), 50-70 g sera feta, garść sałaty (ja użyłam liście buraka naciowego), kilka ząbków czarnego czosnku, łyżka oleju z orzechów laskowych lub kilka pokrojonych orzechów, koperek, sól i pieprz do smaku.
Bób i buraki ugotuj, a następnie obierz. Buraki pokrój z słupki lub kostkę – tak jak lubisz. Sałatę umyj i porwij na mniejsze kawałki. W misce wymieszaj wszystkie składniki, dopraw dolą i pieprzem oraz polej olejem lub posyp orzechami. Dodatkowo możesz dodać łyżkę prażonej cebulki.
