Sernik smakuje dokładnie jak sernik, który skrzyżował drogi z ciastem dyniowym, czyli to co najlepsze z obu światów 😉 Jedyną trudną rzeczą w tym serniku jest czekanie, aż ostygnie, abyś móc go zjeść!
Spód: 300 g ciastek, 80 g masła
Masa serowa: 350 g pieczonej dyni, 1 kg twarogu z wiaderka, 250 mascarpone, drobno starta skórka z 1 pomarańczy, 200 g cukru, 1 cukier wanilinowy, 2 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej (skrobi),1 budyń wanilinowy, 3 jajka.
Ciasteczka dokładnie zmielić w melakserze, następnie dodać roztopione masło i ponownie dokładnie zmiksować. Wyłożyć na spód i boki tortownicy o średnicy 26 cm.
