Farsz, 400 g cebuli, 150 g boczku, łyżka masła, 30 g octu balsamicznego, 20 g cukru, 10 g rumu, sól i pieprz do smaku; 180-200 g sera pleśniowego.
Ciasto można przygotować w robocie kuchenny z hakami lub zrobić je ręcznie. Ja polecam robot 😉 Mąkę wymieszaj z jajkami, mlekiem, solą cukrem i rozkruszonymi drożdżami. Mieszając, dodawaj po kostce masła. Ciasto robi się długo i jeśli jest potrzeba podsypuj je mąką, aby się nie kleiło do ścianek miski lub rąk. Gdy ciasto będzie gotowe przykryj je ściereczką i włóż do lodówki na minimum 10 godzin. Po tym czasie ciasto rozwałkuj na grubość 5 mm. Wykrój prostokąty lub kwadraty, przykryj je ściereczką i zostaw na 2 godziny. W tym czasie przygotuj farsz.
Cebulę i boczek pokrój w większą kostkę. Na patelni roztop masło i wrzuć cebulę z boczkiem. Posyp solą i pieprzem i smaż na średnim ogniu przez ok. 15 min. W misce wymieszaj ocet balsamiczny, rum i cukier , a następnie wlej na patelnię z cebulą i boczkiem. Całość smaż jeszcze 5 min. Dopraw do smaku solą i pieprzem.
W każdym prostokącie ciasta zrób wgłębienie i nałóż farsz oraz połóż plasterek sera pleśniowego. Piecz 15-20 min w temp. 180 stopni, grzanie góra-dół.
